Since my childhood, I have explored various creative mediums, crafting art with passion that has stayed with me throughout life. Although time constrains don’t always allow me to dedicate as much as I’d like, creating remains a deeply important and inspiring outlet for me.

Alongside my studies, I volunteer as a graphic designer for the Frankfurter Verband für Alten- und Behindertenhilfe e.V. in Gallus – I create their monthly and weekly programs layouts and other materials, especially for their knitting and crocheting group.

Photography has always fascinated me, though I consider myself a learner in the field. During high school, I discovered Nan Goldin’s work, whose storytelling and style have deeply inspired me. I enjoy capturing moments – whether with friends, during travels or in nature – and often experiment with photographic styles influenced by Nan Goldin.

Before starting my studies, §d art was not an area of interest. However, through project work and increasing familiarity with 3D software, I developed a new way of visualising objects that has greatly enhanced my artistic understanding and creative process.

I take enjoy in crafting visual identities that genuinely reflect a brand’s identity. To me, design is a strategic tool that shapes perception and fosters meaningful connections. I’m especially intrigued by the subtle psychological impact of design, where creativity meets intentionally to deliver compelling and memorable brand experiences.

In a collaboration projects, we illustrated a children’s book . This experience significantly improved my  illustration skills and was a rewarding creative challenge, as we crafted both the storyline and its visual representation.

My Journey

During high school, I supported the E-Learning team at Zinal Consulting GmbH as a part-time assistant. My responsibilities included preparing and creating web-based trainings. This gave me a valuable experience in digital content production and the fundamentals of E-Learning. This early insight into digital media sparked my interest in combining communication, technology and design.

Alongside my current university studies, I continue to apply my skills in real-world settings. I volunteer as a graphic designer for the Frankfurter Verband für Alten- und Behindertenhilfe e.V. in Gallus, Frankfurt, where I design various print materials for activity groups.

At university, I’m immersed in a wide range of creative software and tools. I enjoy experimenting with different media approaches, allowing me to grow artistically and technically. The freedom to explore and create fuels my passion for design and helps me continuously develop my personal style.

Corporate Design

For the Visual Communication module, I created AphroDee – a fictional haircare brand that redefines beauty through empowerment and individuality. The concept was inspired by the idea of embracing natural textures and feminine identity beyond traditional norms.

The product line was thoughtfully developed to carter to four different hair types, with each variant tailored to meet specific needs – celebrating the diversity of hair and beauty. Special attention was given to the formulation: natural, nourishing ingredients such as shea butter, argan oil and aloe vera were at the heart of each product, reflecting a commitment to holistic self-care.

From naming and storytelling to packaging and brand identity – AphroDee combines sensual elegance with a bold, contemporary design language rooted in mythologically and aesthetic cues. This project allowed me to explore how design can not only communicate values but also empower users through every detail – visually, conceptually and emotionally.

This project was part of a team in my Media Design module. We were given a spontaneous assignment: to design a poster using only typography and one accent colour – no images, textures or additional graphic elements. The theme and visual concept were entirely up to us and we had just three hours to complete the task.

The biggest challenge was thinking creatively under intense time pressure while still producing visually strong and conceptually coherent design. With 40% of the final grade riding on this single task, it was a real test of focus, adaptability and design instinct.

The Zukunftswerk in Wiesbaden is a temporary innovation lab located in the Luisenforum, serving as a creative space for collaboration among the administration, civil society, science and business. It offers the citizen of Wiesbaden the opportunity to actively participate in the development of smart technologies and innovative services through lectures, workshops and interactive stations.

As a design student at Hochschule Fresenius, I had the opportunity to be part of this inspiring collaboration. I contributed by developing creative design concepts tailored to the needs and perspectives of Wiesbaden’s residents, helping to shape innovative and engaging formats for the Zukunftswerk

Illustrative Art

As part of the module Project Management and Presentation Techniques, we developed a heartwarming children’s book as a team project, timed perfectly with the holiday season. The story centers around a group of cheerful elves who work together to prepare for Christmas – each bringing their own unique strengths and talents to the table. The book is designed not only to entertain but also deliver a subtle educational message: the importance of teamwork, helping one another and recognising individual abilities. Through colourful illustrations and simple, engaging language, the story encourages young readers to embrace kindness, collaboration and confidence in their own skills.

This projects combined storytelling with structured project planning – from concept development and character design to layout and final presentation – making it a successful and joyful learning experience in both design and teamwork.
